Elbow Joint Pain

These seem to help with my carpel tunnel syndrome.They are easy to use.These heated did help with the pain, though only temporary. haven’t tried them for anything else, but my wife said they helped her arthritus.

How in the world they get moist heat without adding any water is beyond me but these work wonderfully !! Have them for joints, back and neck and have given as presents. These work well !!
